Every product leaving the Aariv Precision facility is machined in-house using CNC turning centres, VMC machining centres, grinding, and honing equipment. We manufacture hydraulic cylinders, adapters, manifolds, piston rods, pins, guide shafts, and more — all to customer drawings and specifications.

From Drawing to Finished Part
Step 01
Drawing Review
Customer drawings and specifications are reviewed for feasibility, tolerances, and material requirements before production begins.
Step 02
Raw Material
Appropriate material grades are selected and procured — steel, alloy steel, stainless, or as specified — and verified before machining.
Step 03
CNC Machining
Components are machined on CNC turning centres and VMC machining centres to achieve dimensional accuracy and surface finish requirements.
Step 04
Grinding & Honing
Critical surfaces are ground and honed to final dimensions and surface finish — essential for hydraulic cylinder bores and piston rod ODs.
Step 05
Inspection
All components are inspected in our standard room using calibrated gauges and measuring instruments before dispatch.
Step 06
Dispatch
Finished components are packed and dispatched with inspection records, ready for assembly into track maintenance machines.
